Government of Indonesia has been on a path of digital transformation for over a decade. Ministry of Finance has been one of its main torchbearers. The Ministry of Finance under the leadership of Sri Mulyani Indrawati, the Minister of Finance, has successfully implemented an integrated financial management information system (called SPAN) and prepared a digital transformation vision and enterprise architecture for her ministry, with support from the World Bank. The ministry has digitized the preparation and execution of budget, thereby transforming the lives of its citizens through enhancing transparency and operational efficiency of its organization. This documentary captures the story of transformation and gives a glimpse of what’s the plan for future.
